We currently have several exciting opportunities for qualified professionals with experience delivering IT Service Management solutions to Fortune 1000 clients. We are currently looking for IT Services Management consultants with experience in the design and implementation of Peregrine ServiceCenter. Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and product design, installation and configuration of HP/Peregrine ServiceCenter tools and support workflow/process definition in Change, Configuration, Incident, Request and Problem Management.
Assist our clients in assessing IT operational maturity and identifying targets for process/technology improvement
Support the definition of technology requirements and the selection of Service Management technologies in support of target state process designs
Contribute to and/or lead the development of client deliverables such as assessment reports, requirement documents, process guides, policy and procedure documents, user guides and training plans
Organize and document findings of studies and prepare recommendations for implementation of new processes and procedures
Participate as a Peregrine ServiceCenter Subject Matter Expert to Clients.
Requirements:
Must have 3-7 years of professional experience with HP ServiceCenter/Peregrine including product design, configuration and integration with 3rd party tools
Must have 1-3 years of professional experience of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
General Oracle and MS SQL Server Database Knowledge
General Linux/Unix Knowledge
Highly Desired:
Experience with HP Openview Connect-It, OAA, BI-Portal, ReportCenter are highly desired
Familiarity with other leading ITSM tools a plus (e.g. BMC Remedy, CA, Mercury, HP Service Desk, etc)
Familiarity of Web Technologies such as Tomcat, IIS, Websphere, Weblogic, JSP, Java Web Services, etc are preferred.
Some project management experience preferred.
Bachelors Degree Preferred
ITIL v2 or v3 Certification Preferred
