Senior IT Account Executive
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: West Coast Region

 

We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic Sr. IT Account Executive for our West Cost regional sales office. If you are a self motivated sales individual driven to success this is the perfect opportunity for you.  We are looking for a hunter to bring in new accounts.


Duties:

· Generate revenue sales of IT products and professional services within the company's suite of solutions using consultative skills.

· Create new clients and accounts utilizing interpersonal skills and the ability to network effectively with technical, managerial and executive professionals.

· Tailored presentations of solutions into accounts.

· Maintain all aspects of the client relationship including sales, account management and customer satisfaction.

· Prospecting to generate new business opportunities

· Assisting in the creation of Sales and Marketing Literature

· Maintain scheduled forecast information

 

Skills Required:

· Must have sales experience selling enterprise management software and professional services to Fortune 1000 companies.

· Must have the ability to sell into many different levels of an organization from technical staff to C-level officers while understanding the business environment and market conditions in order to effectively communicate the value of the proposed solution.

· 3-5+ years of information technology sales experience

 

Skills Preferred:

· A Bachelor Degree is preferred

· Previous experience selling for a VAR/reseller is very desirable.

· Knowledge of Peregrine, HP OpenView, BMC Remedy, CA Help Desk and/or ITIL solutions are all helpful.

· Prior Experience using Salesforce CRM Application. 

 

Travel: As required to generate revenue and achieve sales objectives.
