Mr. Unger has been in the IT Service Management industry since June 2000. His experience with IT Service Management, ServiceCenter, and ability to integrate technologies are a valuable asset to SmallCart Systems. Prior to founding SmallCart, Mr. Unger was an independent consultant working for Hewlett-Packard's ITSM Partners. Mr. Unger led in development efforts at many Fortune 100 organizations. In addition to his in depth knowledge of ITIL and ServiceCenter, Mr. Unger is an active member of the VIVIT Community and the United States Tennis Association. VIVIT is a worldwide HP Software User Community. Mr. Unger currently resides in Hollywood, CA.
