If you would like to write for Extreme Service Manager, please consider the following:

(1) Possible Types of Writing: Extreme Service Manager seeks various types of articles from contributing editors—examples include feature articles, focus topics, application stories, product reviews, and resource guides.

Feature articles, focus topics, how-to’s, case studies, and product reviews are in-depth discussions of leading-edge information technology topics. These articles range in size from 800 to 1,200 words.

(2) Write an Outline: Before you write an article for Extreme Service Manager, please submit a complete outline to our Features Editor. The outline should include a working title, an abstract summarizing the article’s major points, and a short biography detailing your qualifications to write on the subject matter.

**Important: Please be advised that we DO NOT PAY for outlines under any circumstances. The purpose for you to submit an outline to Extreme Service Manager is for our editors to determine if your topic and the related outline would likely produce an article suitable for our website; and therefore, we would like to proceed to the next step of article writing with you. In some circumstances, such as the release of new namebrand software, when we receive multiple outlines from different writers that are similar in nature, the editors will use our best judgment in selecting the article writer.

(3) Payment and Related Info: If your outline is accepted, an editor will work with you on all other details, such as deadline and length of the article.

**Important: Please be advised that we DO NOT PAY for unsolicited manuscripts and any other writings under any circumstances.

Due to the volume of unsolicited outlines and manuscripts, rejected manuscripts cannot be returned or acknowledged. Extreme Service Manager strives to render a decision upon unsolicited manuscripts within two weeks of receipt.

SmallCart Systems LLC pays our writers in the month of the original publication and reserves the right to one rewrite, pay a kill fee or withhold payment if author obligations are not completed to the satisfaction of the editors.

Typical Payments—$150 for published (on our site) articles and $50 for book reviews. SmallCart Systems LLC reserves the right to change payment amounts and related information at any time without prior notice. The payment amounts provided here are estimates only; when your outline is accepted, SmallCart Systems LLC will notify you of the exact amount offered for that particular writing (to be derived from your accepted outline) before either party shall proceed further.

Your writing may be sold and reprinted elsewhere as long as the writing contains a tag line that states: “Originally Published by SmallCart Systems LLC on [Date in format of DD/MM/YYYY].”
